INS Arihant submarine completes his first patrol campaign: PM Narendra Modi congratulates Indian Navy.

INS Arihant drives from the Sanskrit words which means "Slayer of Enemies". It is the lead ship of India's Arihant class of nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines. Arihant was first launched on 26 July 2009, on the anniversary of Vijay Diwas (Kargil War Victory Day) by the former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh. After the many trails on 23 February 2016, and it was confirmed as ready for the operations. On 5 November 2018, INS Arihant was successfully completed his first patrol campaign at sea.

INS Arihant is loaded with many latest technology weapons. The INS Arihant submarine has Nuclear powered ballistic missile technology that destroys the enemy ship at the battleground under the sea. The INS Arihant was building up in the Shipbuilding Centre (SBC) at Visakhapatnam, India. The installed power of Arihant is 83 MW (MegaWatt) which is about 111,305hp (horsepower).

India's Strategic Strike Nuclear Submarine (SSBN) has successfully completed its first patrol operation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi meets India Navy officials and personnel of nuclear submarine INS Arihant on this occasion. INS Arihant has recently returned from his first Detroense Petrol (Prevention Patrol). With this practice of the submarine, India's nuclear triangle was fully established.

The Prime Minister also gave greetings to all the attendees and their families for the festival of Deepawali. He hoped that as the light does not redress darkness but it also removes fear, in the same way, INS Arihant will also abort the country.
